2. Services Provided

We offer English language education, including phonics programs and supplementary materials for children aged 4 to 12. Our services include trial classes, regular lessons, assessments, and reports for enrolled students.

3. Enrollment and Attendance

• Parents/guardians must complete the registration process truthfully and provide accurate student information.
• Attendance is the responsibility of the parent/guardian. We recommend notifying us in advance of any absence.
• Make-up classes are offered at our discretion and are subject to availability.

4. Fees and Payment

• Tuition fees are payable in advance as per the schedule communicated during registration.
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
• Late payments may incur penalties or suspension of services until the balance is cleared.

5. Student Conduct and Safety

• Students are expected to behave respectfully toward staff and fellow classmates.
• We reserve the right to suspend or remove a student from class in cases of disruptive or unsafe behavior.
• Parents must notify us of any medical or behavioral conditions that may affect learning or safety.

6. Intellectual Property

All educational materials, content, and media provided by us (including books, flashcards, tests, and digital content) remain our intellectual property and may not be copied, distributed, or reused without our express written permission.

7. Privacy and Data Use

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

8. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide high-quality education and care, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services or website. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the services provided.
